Cacao Ceremony:

We begin our meeting with a cacao ceremony for heart opening and the setting of intentions. This powerful plant medicine has been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures because of its ability to heal us and give us the ability to connect with our inner spirits and the earth.

Set Intention & Journal:

Reflective journaling upon the intentions one sets for oneself.

Live Music & Singing:

Soothing live music that complements our collective journey and enriches the experience.

Sound Healing & Deep Relaxation:

The evening will close with a deep relaxation and sound healing session. The gentle vibrations of the instruments used, will facilitate the participants in entering deep meditation, healing, and relaxation.
