Service Description

This combination of healing practices will treat your body, mind & spirit, leaving you feeling balanced and calm from the inside out.  We will practice Yoga, with a focus on compassion and love, letting go and releasing what is no longer serving us, deepening the opening of the heart, together with a Sound Healing that will touch the soul✨

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel at least 3 hours in advance (evening classes) or you will lose the class. We don't offer refunds but you can always reschedule respecting the time in advance. Thank you for understanding :)
