Our classes are based on Pilates principles such as centering, concentration, control, precision, breath & flow. Strengthen and tone every muscle in your body, improve your posture and flexibility, learn the perfect breathing technique applied to each exercise. In the original Classical Pilates method there is a sequence to the work, which was designed to move the body through a full range of movement. The sequence builds intelligently with foundational exercises at the beginning and more complex exercises as you gain strength and control.
If you want to cancel a morning class, you need to do it up to 12 hours before the time. Otherwise, the class will be deducted from your plan. We appreciate your understanding.
