Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Our classes are based on Pilates principles such as centering, concentration, control, precision, breath & flow. Strengthen and tone every muscle in your body, improve your posture and flexibility, learn the perfect breathing technique applied to each exercise. In these classes, you just use your body weight and the mat.
Please remember to cancel at least 9 hs in advance or you will lose the class. In case of morning classes, the latest you can cancel is at 21 hs of the previous day so as not to lose the class. In case of evening classes, you can book up to 3 hours in advance. We don't offer refunds but you can always reschedule respecting the time in advance. Thank you for understanding:)
