You are invited to slow down and recharge your energy through the holistic practices of Yin Yoga and Aroma Therapy. We will combine gentle movement, longer-held yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation with therapeutic essential oils. Yin Yoga merges yogic and Taoist traditions and is considered a practice of a quiet power. Most forms of yoga practiced in the Western world tend to have a yang nature – they are focused on working muscles and striving to reach a particular form. Yin yoga focuses on softening, surrendering, accepting, and cultivating mindfulness. On the physical level, the attention is drawn towards affecting the connective tissues (mostly fascia, which tend to stiffen when we are under stress), At the same time, Yin yoga allows us to experience a meditative state of mind, on emotional level to practice receiving the support and letting go. Hence, yin yoga addresses stiffness and holding on the physical level and provides space for emotional processing and release. Yin yoga is a great complement to the dynamic yoga practice, and sport, but also to the hectic world and stressful environment we are living in. About Sarka: Šárka is part of the wonderful Team of Instructors at MyWellness TLV. She has been teaching yoga since 2012, and for the last five years, she has been practicing Yoga Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. Her gentle and compassionate approach to guiding yoga and mindful movement encourages people to fully embrace the present moment and meet themselves wherever they are. Trained in trauma-sensitive yoga & mindfulness, she equips her clients with tools to deal with stress-related challenges, anxiety, depression, and post-trauma.
If you want to cancel a morning class, you need to do it up to 12 hours before the time. Otherwise, the class will be deducted from your plan. We appreciate your understanding.
