This inversion workshop will encourage you to safely work towards a headstand (Sirsasana - different variations), forearm balance (Pincha Mayurasana), handstand, shoulders, and some of your favorite arm balances. This is open to students of all levels with postures including easy half stages and preparatory postures. Payment by bit to Rachel after booking your spot!
