Mica Pomerantz
For Mica, Yoga is more than just her grounding cord. Yoga has opened the door for her to explore herself. It is what confronts her light and darkness and what allows her to continue to know who she is and evolve. It connects her to compassion for the world and makes her a better person every day. Yoga has been a part of her life since 2014, a year after she became a personal trainer. She completed her 200-hour hatha yoga training in Argentina and her 300-hour vinyasa flow advanced training in India, with a deep specialization in prenatal and yoga therapy. After that, she completed her training as a Pilates instructor and prenatal/postpartum instructor." Yoga is her way of bringing love and well-being to others. And she is committed to continuing studying and learning day by day with humility and compassion.

Rachel grew up in Vienna, Austria. She is a passionate yoga instructor and thrilled to be joining my wellness Tlv as a new addition to the team. Lisa Naomi Vavra
Lisa is a dance-student, personal trainer and pilates instructor. She fell in love with Pilates 10 years ago and became fascinated with human anatomy and how we can train our posture and muscles while only using our own bodyweight on a mat. In her classes, she likes combines bodyweight power pilates excercises with mindful Meditation. For her, the body and the mind are connected and cannot be treated separately.

Šárka has been teaching yoga since 2012, and for the last five years, she has been practicing Yoga Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. Trained in trauma-sensitive yoga & mindfulness, she equips her clients with tools to deal with stress-related challenges, anxiety, depression, and post-trauma. Whether guiding students through the core-strengthening exercises of Pilates or the ballet-inspired flow of Barre, Dana emphasizes proper form, alignment, and effective technique to help clients build a strong, balanced body.

Ariel Maman
Ariel, allongside with Mica, visualized the idea of a studio like MyWellness TLV for some time, and finally in December 2021 decided to bring the idea to fruition. Challenges are always present, and more in these years we are living in. However Ariel is convinced there is not a better time than now to be present and immerse ourselves more in wellbeing and in the practice of Yoga and Pilates to strengthen not only our body, but more importantly, our minds. Besides the studio, he is a music enthusiast and collector, and knows to play several instruments. He is currently the main guitarrist and composer in the rock band called 'Vessel' in Israel.

Avigyle is a 500-hour certified multi-style yoga facilitator, headstand lover at heart, and meditation instructor passionate about building communities and inspiring others to show up for themselves through movement. In her classes, she embodies the belief that each student is their own best teacher, blending fluid sequencing with breath-centered movement to help students of all levels feel seen, inspired, and safe to find whatever level of challenge they are open to.

As a qualified musculoskeletal therapist, her practice combines manual therapy, movement analysis and corrective exercise rehab. Emma believes deeply in movement and feels strongly about sharing her passion through Yoga.
