Art therapy & Yoga workshop

Join us Friday July 15 from 10:00-12:00 at MyWellness TLV Yoga & Pilates Studio for a transformative experience.   

Tel Aviv Art Studio and MyWellness TLV Yoga & Pilates Studio will guide you step by step through a beautiful yoga practice and art therapy session to focus on mindfulness and inner being.  

This practice is fit for all levels of artists and yoga lovers.  

We will focus on gentle exploration of our inner selves. 

The workshop will be led in English. 

Cost: 160NIS per person : 140NIS per person when signing up with a friend.  

Complimentary snacks will be provided.  

 Please come in comfortable clothes you can move make art in.
