Cultivating Balance Retreat

Within the tranquil setting that Sinai has to offer, we invite you to Cultivate your Balance through Mindful Yoga practices, enriching breathwork, and inspiring workshops led by Charlie Wynn and Mica Pomerantz.

Why: With so much happening in the world around us, it is essential to find balance by creating time and space to nourish our own selves.

Itinerary:

Thursday 27th: Arrival

7 am - 3 pm: Check-in to camps 

6 pm - 7 pm: First Flow & Movement activity

7 pm - 8 pm: Dinner 

8.30: Opening ceremony: Introducing ourselves   

Friday 28th: Balance & Reconnect

6 am - 7 am: Sunrise Hike 

7:30 am - 9 am: Morning yoga with Mica

9:15 am: Breakfast 

12:15 pm - 1:30 pm: Philosophy Yoga Workshop by Mica

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Lunch 

2:30 pm - 4 pm: Journaling time/set up intentions.  

5:45 pm - 7 pm - Sunset Yoga workshop- inversions with Charlie

7:15 pm - 8:15 pm: Dinner 

8:15 pm - 9:00pm: Burning Ceremony   

Saturday 29th: Balance & Release

7 am - 7.20 am - Introduction to Vipassana Meditation with Mica

7:30 am - 9:00 am: Morning yoga  with Charlie

9:15 am - 10 am: Breakfast 

12 pm - 2:00 pm - Nature Activity - Snorkel & Breathwork by Charlie (1.30 pm picnic lunch) 

5:45 pm - 7 pm - Sunset Yoga Workshop - Backbends with Mica

7:15 pm - 8:15 pm: Dinner

 8.30 - 9.15 pm - Mandala painting   

Sunday 30th:  Departure

8 am - Sup Yoga

9:15am - 10 am:  Breakfast 

11:00 am: Closing talk
