Restorative Yoga Workshop for Fatigue and Exhaustion Recovery

Feeling exhausted, tired all the time, and burnt out? Our daily lives are busy and filled with plenty of doing, leaving little time for the body to properly recover.

The beautiful practice of restorative yoga assists the body into supported positions with the help of yoga props, such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks.

In this supported state, less metabolic demand is placed on the body, which gives the body adequate time and space to rebuild tissue and restore prana (sanskrit for life force).

About Dana:

Dana is a licensed physical therapist and experienced yoga teacher. She is deeply passionate about integrating physical rehabilitation with yoga to support the body in a holistic healing experience. Her therapeutic approach to yoga provides a safe space to explore yoga postures and breath work with clear explanation and hands-on assistance.
