Sound Bath with Tibetan & Crystal bowls, is a deeply immersive and meditative experience that uses sound to take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery.
All that you have to do is let the sounds and vibrations of the healing waves wash over you. The sound will guide you where you have to go.
The session will be held on Saturday 2/12 at 11 am at MyWellness studio.
