Service Description

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Our classes are based on Pilates principles such as centering, concentration, control, precision, breath & flow. Strengthen and tone every muscle in your body, improve your posture and flexibility, learn the perfect breathing technique applied to each exercise. In these classes, you can expect the use of light weights, balls, elastic bands, to level up your practice. In Pilates Flow, we connect the exercises creating a fluid dance, combining our practice with more modern exercises as well as modifications to make the system safer & more functional.

Please remember to cancel at least 3 hours in advance (evening classes) or you will lose the class. We don't offer refunds but you can always reschedule respecting the time in advance. Thank you for understanding :)
