Service Description

Power Pilates is a mat Pilates class designed to challenge your core strength and stability. Using small movements and controlled breathing, you can expect to work your entire body and build strength and flexibility. Our classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels and offer modifications to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout in a fun and challenging way to get in shape and reach your fitness goals. Classes are mainly guided in Hebrew by Dana - with English corrections and modifications for those who need it.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel at least 3 hours in advance (evening classes) or you will lose the class. We don't offer refunds but you can always reschedule respecting the time in advance. Thank you for understanding :)
